Logan Su Named Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week

Murray State volleyball freshman Logan Su has been named the Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week for Oct. 13-19. Su recorded a .414 (28k-4e-58ta) hitting percentage in the Racers sweeps over Southeast Missouri State and Eastern Illinois last weekend.

The A La Shan Zuo Qui, Inner Mongolia, China, native led MSU in both matches in the kills column, with 16 against the Redhawks and 12 against the Panthers. She also added nine digs, two blocks, and two service aces in the two matches.

The outside hitter tallied a career-high .483 hitting percentage in the match with SEMO and added a second career high for the weekend with two service aces against EIU.

Su currently leads the Racers with 174 kills and is fourth in total blocks with 24. Her 10 block solos are the most on the team.
