MSU Soccer Named Pepsi Athlete Of The Week

After winning the program's first Ohio Valley Championship, the Murray State Women's Soccer team is the Pepsi Athlete of the Week winner.
Last Friday the Racers defeated Austin Peay at Cutchin Field 1-0 to clinch the title.
Sunday they finished off a perfect OVC home season with a 4-0 win over Tennessee Tech at home and ended the league season 7-1.
MSU had a group of five seniors who played their final regular season home match against TTU. They are Rebekah Clay, Melisa Curry, Jane Dewitt, Krista Muilkens, and Kellyn Robison.
The Racers now prepare to host the OVC Tournament, which will be played at Cutchin Field Nov. 7, & 9.
