Murray State senior soccer player, Veronika Pribyslavska has been named the Pepsi Athlete of the Week for her performance last weekend in a pair of Racer victories over Alabama A&M, 5-0 and South Alabama 1-0.

In the Racers' victory over Alabama A&M, Pribyslavska recorded the 9^th hat trick in school history, recording her 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th goals of the season. For the weekend, Pribyslavska led MSU with 12 shots, including six on goal.

In addition to being named Pepsi Athlete of the Week, Pribyslavska was also named as the ADIDAS® Ohio Valley Conference's Player of the Week. Pribyslavska and the Racers begin conference play this weekend as they travel to Clarksville, Tenn., for a showdown with Austin Peay on Sept. 23.
