2017 Racer Hoopalooza ended it's enjoyable weekend with some fun at the Gene Ray Center for Murray State Basketball Saturday
afternoon as many of the alumni players laced up their 35516

sneaker's once again.

Several fans stopped by to watch and visit Racer legends including hall of famers Popeye Jones, Marcus Brown, Jeff Martin and Frank Allen (to be inducted in 2018). Current NBA player, Isaiah Canaan, who is part of the 2018 MSU Hall of Fame class with Frank Allen also played. Several other former Racers were there and many smiles and old stories were traded.

Admittedly, there were probably some soreness for some when they woke up Sunday morning!

Now that Racer Hoopalooza 2017 is in the books, Murray State Basketball would like to give all of Racer Nation a big thank you for making this event a lot of fun and a big success. Be on the lookout for information regarding plans for the next Hoopalooza in 2019.
