Out of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, Victor came to Murray State to play for fellow MSU Hall of Famer, Coach Tevester Anderson in fall 2000.
In 2004 was named All-America and OVC Player of the Year as a senior for Coach Mick Cronin.
As of his induction, Victor still rated ninth all-time at MSU in field goal percentage & Top-20 in points and career field goals made and MSU's all-time shot blocker.
