'Breds to hold Christmas Baseball Camp

The Murray State Thoroughbreds baseball team will host a two-day baseball camp on Dec. 29-30 at Racer Arena. The camp will be directed by the MSU baseball staff.
Campers age 8 to 12 will have camp on both days from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and should register at 8 a.m. on Dec. 29. Campers age 13 to 18 will have camp from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on both days, and should register at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 29.
The camp will feature instruction and drills, defensive fundamentals and skill work. Camp T-shirts will be given to all campers. The cost of the two-day camp is $60.
"This is a great Christmas gift for anyone interested in learning baseball," said MSU head coach Rob McDonald. "We will cover every aspect of the game, so it's an opportunity for young players to start the upcoming baseball season off right."
