MSU To Hold Final Scrimmage Saturday

Murray State football coach Joe Pannunzio will put his team through its last major test of the spring practice season on Saturday, April 17 in a full-squad scrimmage.

The Racers scrimmage will begin at 8:30 a.m. on the practice fields behind Roy Stewart Stadium and is expected to last approximately one hour.

"I'm pretty pleased with how we've progressed this spring," said Pannunzio. "It's important that we have a good scrimmage on Saturday to end it on a high note and head into the off-season with some momentum."

Though the last scrimmage of the spring is set for Saturday, the Racers will actually wrap up spring drills on Wednesday, April 21 with a regular practice.
