Frazier, Griffin win KGA's Two-Man Championship

Murray State men's golf team members Jamie Frazier and Nicholas Griffin teamed up to win the Kentucky Golf Association's Fred Allen Two-Man Championship Tuesday in Lexington, Ky.

Frazier, a junior from Glasgow, Ky., and Griffin, a sophomore from Hawesville, Ky., won the event in a one-hole playoff over University of Floriday golfer Jessie Mudd and Nick Johnston. Both teams fired a two-round score of 133 over the two-day event at Kearney Hills Golf Links in Lexington.

Frazier and Griffin's victory comes one week after Murray State women's golf signee Lauren Scholl won the 2004 Kentucky Women's State Amateur Championship.
