Racers have final scrimmage, host annual Kids Clinic Saturday

The Murray State football team held its second and final pre-season scrimmage on Saturday, and now look forward to Opening Day, when the Racers host Glenville State on Saturday, Aug. 28. Following the scrimmage, the Racers hosted their annual Kids Clinic.

The clinic is open to boys and girls from kindergarten through eighth grade. Free Racer football posters were available.

"We really enjoy putting on this clinic," said MSU head coach Joe Pannunzio. "We teach the kids how to recover fumbles, jump into tackling dummies, tackle and block, and at the end of the clinic, we sign autographs. It's a fun time for all of us."
