With five goals, Reedy named OVC Offensive Player of the Week

Reedy's three-goal game against Louisville on Sept. 14 was the first in MSU's five-year history and ranks second on the Racers' single-game goals list. Jackie Thomas scored four goals against Tennessee-Martin in the first round of the OVC Championship Tournament in 2000.
Reedy also scored a goal in Murray State's 2-0 win at IPFW on Sept. 17 and the game-tying goal against Drake on Sept. 19 with less than two minutes remaining in regulation.
Reedy leads the OVC thus far this season with seven goals and a 0.88 goals-per-game average.
Reedy heads the MSU career goals list at 28 and has seven goals this season, tying for fourth on the MSU single-season goals list with Kristin Robertson (2002). She is one goal behind second place -- held by Reedy in her 2001 and 2002 seasons -- and six behind the category leader, 13, held by Thomas in 2000.
Murray State visits Evansville tomorrow (Wednesday), then opens its OVC schedule on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Morehead State.
