Murray State's Rebekah Clay Earns OVC Soccer Weekly Honor

Her goal also broke Samford's string of 328 minutes without allowing a score and was only the second goal allowed by the Bulldogs against an OVC opponent this season.
For the season, Clay leads the team with 12 points. She is tied for the team lead with five goals, all five of which have come in MSU's last five matches. Her two assists are tied for the second most on the team. Clay's five goals are tied for third best in the OVC and her 12 points ranks ninth.
“Clay, along with Krista Llewellyn and Melisa Curry are playing really well and has given our team a lot of confidence,” Minielli said.
