Murray State's Matt Griffin To Appear At Dawahares In Paducah

Murray State University's Head Football Coach Matt Griffin and a group of players will be at the Dawahares in Paducah, Ky., on Saturday to meet fans and sign autographs. The event will be held at the Dawahares location in Kentucky Oaks Mall from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.
“We're happy to have this opportunity to meet with fans and share our excitement about the upcoming season,” said Griffin. “We've got a great group of young men, I'm glad that our fans will have a chance to meet some of them on Saturday.”
Murray State opens its 82nd season of college football on Sept. 2 when the team travels to Columbia, Mo., to face the University of Missouri at 6 p.m.
The Racers first home game of the Griffin era will be on Sept. 23 when the team faces Illinois State at 6 p.m., at Stewart Stadium.
