Rain Cancels or MSU Men's Golf At APSU Event

Heavy rains inundated the fairways at The Links at Novadell, Monday, causing the cancellation of the opening day of the APSU Intercollegiate men's tournament. The tournament will be restarted with a 10 a.m., Tuesday, single round which will count towards the NCAA's golf rankings.

The event in Hopkinsville, Ky. is the final fall event for the MSU men's squad.

Through six fall events, the Racers have recorded two wins, two runner up finishes and one third place finish.

After the APSU event, the Racers begin the spring portion of their schedule at the Grover Page Classic at the Jackson (Tenn.) Country Club March 3.
