Racer Football Goes Bowling

The Murray State football team went bowling on Wednesday. It wasn't the Orange Bowl, the Rose Bowl or even the Meineke Car Care Bowl, but it was fun none the less.

The Racers spent a couple of hours at Corvette Lanes in Murray for a team bowling tournament.

A total of eight teams, each “coached” by an MSU football coach, competed for the tourney championship.

Defensive Coordinator Rich Nagy's team claimed the tournament championship. Nagy's group included freshmen Charlie Jordan, Taylor Lanigan, Tyler Brockman, Chris Franklin, Daniel Moore and Sean O'Brien, and sophomore Will Werner.
