Murray State's Ohio Valley Conference double-header against Eastern Kentucky was cancelled Saturday due to rain. The teams will play two seven-inning games on Sunday, beginning at noon.

"The National Weather Service indicated to us that there wouldn't be a sufficient amount of time to get any of the games in today," said MSU head coach Rob McDonald. "We decided to go ahead and scrub today and try to get two games in tomorrow."

The cancelation was caused by a line of rain showers and thunderstorms that moved into the Jackson Purchase area on Friday. The rain is expected to be out of the area by Saturday evening.
