Farrington started seven games at cornerback for the Racers in 2006. He played in all 11 games and finished the season with 31 tackles, one interception and four pass break-ups.

The West Paducah, Ky., native helped Murray State run up 514 yards of offense, including 335 yards on the ground, against Indiana State (Sept. 16).
Williams led the Ohio Valley Conference, and finished seventh in the nation with an average of 11.1 tackles per game in 2007. He started first nine games of the season before suffering an injury and missing the final two games.

“No one else deserves it more than these guys,” said safety Taylor Lanigan. “They're great leaders on and off the field.”
The Racers had a light practice today. The team started with station work designed to improve footwork and technique for all positions. The practice also included a pass skeleton drill. The offense and defense then broke apart and worked on their own for the remainder of practice.
Former Racer Kris Robbins addressed the team at the conclusion of practice. Robbins talked to the players about football, life and the importance of not letting anything hold you back from your goals.
“You can do it all,” Robbins told the Racers. “There's nothing that can stop you.”
Robbins played from 1977 to 1980 under coaches Bill Furgerson and Mike Gottfried. He is currently president and CEO of Security Benefit Corp., a national financial services, retirement plan and investment company.
