Murray State Rowing Set To Compete At NCAA Regional

“This is going to be a very exciting weekend for our program,” said MSU Head Coach Bill McLean. “We're going to face very strong competition. We'll be going up against some of the best programs in the country.”
First round action for the open 4+ begins at 9 a.m., on Saturday. The Racer novice-eight crew will begin first round racing at 9:40 a.m. The varsity-eight crew gets underway at 11:40 a.m.
The competition for the Racer varsity-eight crew will be tough. The regional includes nine boats ranked in the national top 20. Included in the competition are No. 3 Notre Dame, No. 6 Michigan, No. 7 Minnesota, No. 11 Central Florida, No. 12 Ohio State, No. 13 Michigan State, No. 17 Tennessee and No. 19 Louisville.
