“We are very excited to add Nicole to our roster this spring,” Acreman said. “She is a tricky forward with great vision and the ability to score from different positions.”
Rachel Longley, is from Middlesbrough,
“Rachel will be a great addition for our defense,” Acreman said. “She has excellent range with her distribution of the ball and is a vocal leader in the back.”
Evans will be a junior in the 2008 season this fall, while Longley will be a sophomore.
The Racers are coming off a memorable 2007 season in which they broke several program marks including wins in a single season with 11.
