The Racer men's squad fired rounds of 288-285=573 to take the lead at the Skyhawk Classic at Paris Landing (
The MSU women's team was in third place at the Lady Red Wolf Classic in
Individually, the Racers have several players competing at the top of their game.
MSU's Bethany Yates was in second place in the women's field of 74 competitors after rounds of 74-74=148, while Cameron Carrico had scores of 70-72=142 good for a spot in sixth place in a field of 100 student-athletes. Hunter Ford was also in sixth place playing as an individual. He had the lowest round of the day for MSU with a 69 in round two, for a total of 142 after a first round 73.
