'Breds Game At Southern Illinois Postponed

The Murray State Thoroughbreds baseball game set to be played today at Southern Illinois has been postponed by rain. The game will be made up on Monday, April 7, at 3 p.m. in Carbondale, Ill.

The 'Breds (6-6) will open Ohio Valley Conference play with a Friday double-header at Jacksonville State, beginning at 1 p.m. The teams will close out the three-game series with a Saturday 1 p.m. game. The series begins a four-game road swing for MSU, which also plays at Lipscomb on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
