Spring Practice #14

The Murray State football team when through a light practice Friday afternoon as they worked out in helmets in the rain at Stewart Stadium. The Racers close out spring practice tomorrow afternoon with the annual Spring Game at 12 p.m. at Stewart Stadium.

The main focus of the practice was to sure up all three phases of the game leading into tomorrow's scrimmage.

"The guys came out today and were very enthused," said head coach Matt Griffin. "Everybody is really excited about tomorrow's scrimmage. This will give everybody a chance to see what we will be capable of this Fall."

The 2008 season gets underway on August 28 against Lambuth at Stewart Stadium.
