Carrico Named OVC Co-Golfer Of The Week

Murray State's Cameron Carrico was named the Ohio Valley Conference Co-Golfer of the Week by the
league office in Brentwood, Tenn.
Carrico, a junior from Owensboro, Ky., was MSU's best finisher in the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate
when he posted a third place showing in a field of 93 players. Carrico toured the Links at Novadell GC
in Hopkinsville, Ky., with rounds of 70-71-71 for a total of 4-under 212.
He shares this week's OVC award with Eastern Kentucky's Zack Butler.
The Racers have now posted four OVC Golfer of the Week winners this fall.
Carrico joins MSU's Chris Griffin (Sep. 30), Nick Newcomb (Oct. 7) and Jared Wolfe (Oct. 14) as winners
of the OVC's weekly honor.
Carrico and teammates play their final fall event Nov. 1, at Victoria Hills GC in DeLand, Fla., at the Stetson University Invitational.
