The Murray State Women's Golf team hosts the NewWave Communications Racer Classic starting Monday at Miller Memorial Golf Course in
This year's field of teams includes Austin Peay, Indiana Purdue -
The tournament will be 36-holes with 18 played each day on Monday and Tuesday. Monday's start will be a 10:30 a.m. and Tuesday's final round will begin at 9 a.m., a shotgun start will be used each day.
This will be the seventh year for the MSU event with the Racers having won three of the previous six including last season.
Last year's event was reduced to 18 holes because of bad weather.
MSU's Megan McKinney was medalist after a 76.
