MSU's Fioranelli Competes For Ireland Squad

“It is an amazing honor for Jenna to be chosen to compete for a national team considering she is only 19 years old,” MSU Head Coach Beth Acreman said. “She is an excellent student-athlete and I know she will receive more opportunities of this kind in the future.”
Ireland Head Coach Noel King gave Fioranelli a starting role in the match where she played all 45 minutes of the scoreless first half.
Fioranelli will join her Racer teammates Aug. 6 when fall camp begins.
MSU's first action will be the Blue & Gold Scrimmage at Cutchin Field Aug. 8 at 6 p.m.
The Racers will be defending their 2008 Ohio Valley Conference championship in 2009.
