The Racers return to practice tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m. and will conduct their third scrimmage of the preseason Saturday morning at 9 a.m.
Head Coach Matt Griffin
On Thursday Morning Practice:
“Good practice today. It was he second day of classes and the kids came out mentally prepared. I was excited about the way they played being early in the morning.”
On the First Practice in the Rain:
“It was great to get some precipitation because now our kids got some work with it. We handled it well on both sides, with no turnovers, and I am pleased with what we did.”
