Racers Close Out Non-Conference Schedule at IUPUI Tuesday

Thru nine matches, Danielle McMurray and Sophie Hargreaves lead the Racers with nine points each. McMurray leads MSU in goals with four, while Hargreaves leads the Racers with three assists.
Katie Walsh leads the Racers in net with a 4-1-1 overall record and 20 saves. She has allowed 12 goals in seven games, while compiling a 1.85 goals against average.
Racer Rewind
MSU began conference play last weekend as they traveled to Jacksonville State and Tennessee Tech. The Racers were able to come away with two victories, each by a 3-1 margin over the Gamecocks and Golden Eagles.
McMurray led the Racers with four points over the weekend after scoring two goals. Maja Nordahl recorded her first collegiate goal and assist, with both coming against TTU Sunday afternoon.
Walsh tallied three saves over the weekend, while being credited with two victories.
Scouting the Jaguars
The Jaguars head into tomorrow's match with a school record winning streak of seven. Overall, IUPUI is 7-2 and 3-2 at home.
Offensively the Jaguars are led by Megan Hock. She has tallied five goals, three of which have proven to be game-winners, and two assists for a team-high 12 points. Alicia Brock and Katrina McCrory help balance the offensive attack as they have nine points and eight points, respectively.
Jamie Farrell anchors the defense allowing seven goals in nine games while recording 36 saves. She has also posted three shutouts on her way to a 6-2 record.
MSU leads the all-time series, 3-2-1, and defeated the Jaguars, 2-1, last season at IUPUI.
