Carrico Named OVC Golfer Of The Week

Cameron Carrico earned Ohio Valley Conference Golfer of the Week honors as announced by the league office.
Carrico, a junior from Owensboro, Ky., helped the Racers win the championship of the UK Bluegrass Invitational over the weekend.
He carded rounds of 70-66-73 to finish at 209 (-4) in third place overall (out of a field of 128 competitors), three strokes behind the individual medalist.
The Racers finished one stroke ahead of each Auburn and Memphis for the title at Kentucky.
The OVC Golfer of the Week honor is Carrico's third of the year; his 72.8 stroke average is currently tied for third in the OVC
