The team also participated in humanitarian work with both the Maxwell Home and Mustard Seed Community Children's Orphanages. The organizations were delighted to receive the team's donations of backpacks, coloring books and pens. The team got to visit the Bob Marley Museum during their stay in Kingston as well as the University of the West Indies. After 4 days in Kingston the team traveled to Ocho Rios on the north side of the island where they visited the famous Dunn's River Falls and enjoyed some time at the beach.
"This was an amazing trip for the team to participate in," head coach Beth Acreman said. "Not only were we able to help and interact with the children we met, the team also got to play games and visit different landmarks of this fabulous country. This trip has given us chance to build our team chemistry ready for next season and create memories that will last a lifetime".
