Five Racers Named NFCA Scholar-Athletes

Six Murray State softball players were named National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-America Scholar Athletes for their successes in the classroom in the 2010-11 season.
The award is presented to any player who achieved a 3.50 or higher grade-point average in the 2010-11 academic year.
Murray State's honorees included Jenna Bradley, Stephanie Mattocks, and Taylor Wilson, all seniors in 2011, and returners Leslie Bridges, Madysen Wilton and Chelsey Sullivan.
