Racers Move To 10th At Ole Miss - Howson In Fourth

The Racers played the Ole Miss GC course to a 306 after carding a 309 in round one and had a 615 total which was ahead of Missouri (616), Memphis (617), Mississippi State (617) and East Tennessee (618).
Racer freshman Delaney Howson fired a 2-under par 70 in round two and after an even par 72 in round one and had a spot in fourth place at 142, only five shots off the lead of Tennessee's Nathalie Mansson at 139.
MSU's Morgan Cross moved to 43rd place after scores of 76-78=154, while Alli Weaver also moved higher into 66th place with rounds of 80-78=158. Caroline Lagerborg was in 85th place with scores of 81-83=164, while Alexandra Lennartsson was in 87th place with rounds of 86-80=166.
Alexandra Hinteregger is playing the Ole Miss event as an individual and was in 95th place after scores of 86-90=176.
Tennessee was the leader after 36 holes at 569 with a 30-shot lead on second place Tulsa at 593. Coastal Carolina (595), Southern Miss (596) and Ole Miss (599) rounded out the top-5. Maryland (601) was in sixth place with Michigan (603), Tulane (606), Kansas (614) and the Racers (615) rounding out the top-10.
The Murray State Racers women's golf team moved up three spots to 10th place after 36 holes in the Ole Miss Intercollegiate in Oxford, Miss.
