Lightning Ends Day For Soccer Against SEMO - Re-scheduled For 3 p.m. Monday

Lightning around the Murray area cut short the Ohio Valley Conference contest between Murray State and Southeast Missouri Sunday afternoon.
The match was delayed for two hours as lightning moved in to the area as the teams took to the field follwing introdictions. Once weather conditions improved, the teams played just over eight minutes before lightning returned and forced players off the pitch.
The game will be restarted from the beginning at 3 p.m. tomorrow afternoon.
