Howson Leads Racer Golf At Ole Miss Intercollegiate

The Murray State women's golf team fired a second round 312 and stood in 13th place at the Ole Miss Intercollegiate at the University Club in Oxford, Miss.
The Racers' scores of 312-312=624 had them ahead of Miami, Fla. (628) and just behind Rollins (624). The tournament leader was Baylor (577), with the host Mississippi (581) and Missouri (590) in second and third place.
Delaney Howson leads the Racers with a spot in 35th place with scores of 75-77=152, while Alli Weaver was in 38th place with scores of 77-76=153. Alexandra Lennartsson had rounds of 79-79=158, with Morgan Cross earning a spot in 78th place with rounds of 81-80=161. Gina Nuzzo was in 81st place with rounds of 84-86=170.
Sophie Olley is playing the event for MSU as an individual and had rounds of 79-80=159 for a spot in 70th place.
The final round is Easter Sunday.
