Additional Benefits for Stampede Members

Racer Athletics announces additional benefits to Murray State University students who have joined the Stampede for 2013-14. For only $10, members already receive early admittance to men's basketball games, a t-shirt, and exclusive spirit items. Now, members will have a chance to win four tickets to the 2014 NCAA Men's Final Four or four tickets to a preliminary round of their choice.
"We believe that our students have the ability to create one of the best home court environments in the country," Director of Marketing and Promotions Morris White said. "We want to reward Stampede members for not only attending games, but for consistently being loud and energetic."
Murray State athletics joins other athletics departments from across the nation in a weekly national ticket giveaway contest to send fans to the 2014 NCAA Tournament. The 15-week contest began Wednesday (Nov. 6) and runs throughout college basketball's regular season, which concludes Mar. 10, 2014.
The contest gives fans the opportunity to win four tickets to the NCAA Men's Final Four or an NCAA Tournament preliminary-round game. Stampede members can enter the contest each week through multiple Racer Athletics platforms on Facebook (MurrayStateRacerAthletics), Twitter (@msuracers), www.racerrewards.com and select MSU home games.
Each week, one Stampede member will be chosen by the Racer Athletics Department, and entered into a national drawing with fans from other NCAA Division I institutions. The NCAA then will randomly choose one winner to receive the ticket option of their choice (tickets to the Final Four or a tournament preliminary-round game). Contest rules and guidelines will be emailed to Stampede members.
Additionally, Stampede members will have a chance to win an iPad and gift cards throughout the year. Exclusive promotional items will be distributed to a limited number of Stampede members at upcoming basketball games.
