Lennartsson Leads MSU At Ole Miss Rebel Intercollegiate

The Murray State women's golf team is participating this weekend at the Ole Miss Rebel Intercollegiate at the Ole Miss Golf Course in Oxford, Miss.
The Racers were led in round one by Alex Lennartsson who carded a 3-over-par 75 and was in 33rd place in a field of 96 competitors.
MSU's Delaney Howson was in 65th place after a round of 78, Alli Weaver and Abbi Stamper each had an 82 to share 86th place. Sophie Hiller finished with an 86.
The Racers were in 18th place after a team 317, just behind Memphis (314), Troy (312), Missouri (310) and Southern Mississippi (307). Coastal Carolina was the first round leader with a 284, as Mississippi State (289), Baylor (289), East Tennessee State (290), LSU (290) and Kentucky (290) rounded out the first six squads.
Round two of the Ole Miss event is set for Saturday morning with the final round coming on Sunday.
