Leah Judd Joins Racer Women's Golf

Murray State women's golf coach Velvet Milkman announced the signing of Leah Judd who will join the Racers in the fall as a freshman.
Judd comes to Murray State from Green County High School in Greensburg, Ky.
“I am very excited to have Leah become a member of our Racer Golf family,” Milkman said. “She is a consistent player that strikes the ball very well and she will bring added depth to our line up. I anticipate a very good career for her at Murray State both on the golf course and in the classroom.”
Judd was a seven-year member of the Dragons varsity golf program that won multiple state championships including a pair of Kentucky High School Athletics Association girls' golf titles in 2009 and 2010. GCHS finished second in Kentucky in 2011. Judd also helped Green County win two Kentucky All-A State titles and finish runner-up once. In all, Judd participated with four state championship teams and two second place teams with Green County.
She earned honors to the KHSAA Golf All State Academic Team six times and was the 2012 Region-5 All-A Classic medalist.
At Green County, Judd was student council vice president, Fellowship of Christian Athletes president, FBLA historian, BETA state representative and a member of the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council.
