NCAA Eligibility Center Requirements for Incoming Racers

For the newest Racers to join the Murray State athletic family, the fall is an exciting time for the prospects, their families, and their Racer coaching staff. Before being able to compete or even practice, incoming first-year prospects must fulfill a number of requirements for the NCAA Eligibility Center. The Eligibility Center reviews academics for initial eligibility and a prospect's amateur status.
Racer prospects are responsible for the following items:
1) Submission of final high school transcripts;
   - If a prospect as attended more than one high school, they will need to request transcripts from all high schools attended.
2) Sumbission of standardized testing scores (SAT/ACT); and
3) Requesting their final amateur status be certified.
For the final item, Racer prospects may login to their NCAA Eligiblity Center account and request their final amateurism certification. If you need assistance, a step-by-step guide can be found here.
If a prospect is uncertain as to whether any or all of these items still need to be completed, contact your coaching staff and they will check with the Athletics Compliance Office on their Eligibility Center status.
