Soccer Earns 8th Straight NSCAA Academic Award

For the eighth consecutive year, the Murray State women's soccer team has earned the NSCAA College Team Academic Award. The award was given to college teams that turned in a cumulative team GPA of at least 3.0 for the 2013-14 academic year.
The Racers finished last year with a team GPA of 3.30 and were one of six OVC teams to win the award. Nationally, 595 women's teams and 286 men's team earned the honor this season across all levels of collegiate competition for a grand total of 881 teams. Murray State has now earned the award every season year since the 2006-2007 academic year.
