Trimble Takes Second At Florence Paxton Memorial

Murray State sophomore golfer Sydney Trimble turned in a second place showing this week at the Florence Paxton Memorial Ladies Golf Tournament in Paducah, Kentucky.
Trimble, of Paducah, carded scores of 74-70-72 for an even par 216.
The event was played over three days and three courses in McCracken County. The first round was played at Paxton Park Golf Course and the second round happened at the Silos Golf Club. The final round was played at Rolling Hills Country Club.
Former Murray State golfer and MSU Hall of Famer Nikki Orazine still has the tournament scoring record. She carded a 208 in 2003.
