Murray State University Athletics is looking for passionate students to join their team next year and become a Game Day Intern OR Public Address Announcer.
These internships are a great chance for students to get valuable hands-on experience in the sports industry at a NCAA Division 1 institution. The game day internship will include running game day promotions, operating video boards, running music, working with the Junior Racer Kids Club, helping set up and break down at home games, implementing contests and events, and will be the primary liaison between the student body and athletics. The Public Address Announcer internship will include reading the starting line-ups, presentations, promotions, and other duties as assigned.

"We are looking for students who are passionate about Racer Athletics and want to gain hands on experience." Amy Pulpaneck, Director of Marketing and Promotions. "We are excited for students who want to be hands on and help bridge the gap between the student body and athletics." Students must be willing to work nights and weekends and be at team player.

There will be an informational meeting held on Tuesday, April 7th at 5pm to answer any questions about these positions. The meeting will be held at Stewart Stadium. Enter across from softball field on the third level concourse.

Applications for the Game Day Internship are due Wednesday, April 15th. Interviews will start the following Monday, April 20th.
