Moa Folke Named OVC Co-Golfer Of The Week

Murray State's Moa Folke was named the Ohio Valley Conference Co-Golfer of the Week as announced by the league office.

Folke, a freshman from Tranas, Sweden, Had an 11th place showing against some of her toughest competition of the season at the Ole Miss Rebel Intercollegiate over the weekend. Folke fired rounds of 73-72-73 to finish at 218 (+2) and finish tied for 11th in a field of 96 golfers at Ole Miss Golf Course in Oxford, Mississippi.

Folke currently ranks tied for sixth in stroke average (76.4) in the OVC.

She shared the OVC weekly honor with Melania Bajo Geijo of Jacksonville State.
