7/1/2015 12:43:00 PM | Baseball
Murray State Head Baseball Coach Kevin Moulder will be welcoming in 19 new student-athletes this fall that will be joining the Racers for the 2016 season. In all, nine freshmen will be coming to MSU this school year, to go along with 10 junior college transfers.
"I am really excited about the recruiting class we were able to put together for this coming season and it is a credit to the hard work done by our coaching staff, especially Coach Andy Morgan and Coach Daniel Dulin," said Moulder.
"This class has been one of our main focuses since I got the position. We were able to sign a very talented group that has had a tremendous amount of success both on and off the field, ranging from All-American, All-State and All-Region teams to an Academic All-American. The program has grown a great deal in the past calendar year with the facility upgrades and commitment made by the University to the program and now this recruiting class. We have already started to get a positive response with our 2016 recruiting and are looking forward to these positive results carrying onto the field in the very near future."
