Alex Steigerwald Earns Weekly OVC Award

For the third time this year, Alex Steigerwald of the Murray State soccer team has been named an adidas OVC Players of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.
Steigerwald posted two shutouts, her sixth and seventh of the year, as she kept Austin Peay and Belmont off the board this past week. She made seven saves in total and now sees her GAA down to  0.69
The Racers host Eastern Illinois this Thursday, October 19 at 3 p.m.
