The Murray State women's Cross Country team competed in the NCAA Div. 1 Southeast Regional race at Panorama Farms in Charlottesville, Virginia  on Friday, November 10.

For the second time this year, the women ran a 6k instead of the normal 5k they've ran for most of the year.

Of the seven runners, Meagan Smith posted the highest time for the Racers, finishing 98th with a total time of 22:30.8. Rebekah Priddy was the next highest finisher, coming in 129th with a time of 22:50.6.

"Meagan Smith wrapped up her last collegeite cross country race finishing first for the racers, cracking the top 100 finishers. Senior Caroline Grogran improved her time from last year with a 23:14.3 over the hilly terrain. Rounding out the top 5 was Sophomore Maura Farrell who made her Regional debute finishing just 6 seconds behind junior Ida Mutai," said head coach Adam Kiesler
