Moore Fires Career-Low Round At UNF Collegiate

The Murray State women's golf team enters the final round of the UNF Collegiate with a spot in third place at the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Racers posted scores of 291-295=586 on Monday which had them chasing leader Old Dominion (571) and Daytona State (580). MSU was tied for third with Western Kentucky as the rest of the top-10 included Chattanooga (587), host North Florida (595), Toledo (596), South Alabama (598), Xavier (599) and Delaware (602).

Moa Folke led the way for the Racers with rounds of 73-71=144 and a spot in 10th place, while Anna Moore carded her career-best collegiate score of 69 in the morning round to go with an afternoon 76 for a total of 145 and a spot in 14th place. Lucila Puente Rodriguez de Austria was in 17th place after rounds of 71-75-146. Linette Holmslykke was in 34th place on scores of 78-73=151 and Raeshya Surendran had a spot in 76th place with scores of 78-83-161.

The field of 93 competitors have a shotgun start on Tuesday to play the final round. The Jacksonville course is playing to a par-72 and 5,926 yards.

The overall leader through 36 holes was Jiwon Jeon of Daytona State on scores of 66-69=135 (-9).
