Racers Well-Represented in Summer Leagues

Murray State baseball has 13 student-athletes and four signees playing in summer ball leagues this summer, representing 12 teams in 10 leagues.
Five teams will have a pair of Racers each. Ryan Perkins and Jaron Robinson will be playing for the Valley Blue Sox in the NECBL. Jonah Brannon and Dylan Letellier will be playing in the MACL for the Mt. Pleasant Sharks. The Bismarck Larks of the Northwoods League have Mike Farnell and Kyle Stevens on their squad. Teal Young and future Racer Brodie Lenon will play for the Paducah Chiefs in the Ohio Valley League and Tyler Duke and Grant Wood will be playing for the Peninsula Oilers of the Alaska Baseball League.
Second Team All-OVC honoree Davis Sims will be playing in the Cape Cod League with the Falmouth Commodores. CJ Bush will be playing for the Macon Bacon of the Coastal Plains League. Weston Shad will be playing for the Kats in the St. Louis Metro while Jake Slunder will be with the Jefferson City Renegades of the MINK Baseball League. Signees Sean Darmafall will be with the Lake Erie Warhawks of the Diamond League and Braden Scott is playing for the Willmar Stingers of the Northwoods League.
