The only NFCA All-American in program history, Jessica Twaddle's name is scattered all over the Murray State softball record book, usually somewhere near the top. During her four years as a Racer, Twaddle was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American, a two time OVC Player of the Year, an OVC Scholar-Athlete, the 2017 OVC Steve Hamilton Sportsmanship award winner and completed her career with highest batting average in program history at an astounding .379.
Since her playing days, Twaddle has coached at Murray State, Western Kentucky and now at Abilene Christian. GoRacers.com recently caught up with Twaddle at her home in Abilene to talk about her new career and her times at Murray. The entire interview is available above.
