Murray State men’s golf plays at the Arkansas State event in Jonesboro

The Murray State men's golf team plays their fourth event of the fall season at RidgePointe Country Club Monday and Tuesday at the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate, hosted by Arkansas State in Jonesboro, Ark.

The 54-hole event calls for 36 holes of play among the 11-team field on Monday with the final 18 holes slated for Tuesday morning.

A year ago, the Racers placed fifth on scores of 303-297-293=893 as they improved with each round. Jay Nimmo was MSU's tip finisher with a spot in 12^th place on scores of 70-75-72=217.

The Racers appear in Jonesboro with fellow Missouri Valley Conference teams, Belmont, Bradley and Evansville.
