James Named Back-to-Back MVC Pitcher Of the Week

Hannah James earned back-to-back Missouri Valley Conference honors after a 2-0 weekend.

Murray State softball's Hannah James earned second consecutive Missouri Valley Conference Pitcher of the Week. James earns the honors after going 2-0 and leading the Racer to a 3-1 winning week.

James went on to a pitchers battle with Maya Johnson and led the Racers to a 1-0 win against Belmont. She pitched nine perfect innings in the game. James had a 1.75 ERA and 24 strikeouts.

The Racers will travel for a weekend series at Indiana State, Friday.
