Anderson, Walker & Wood Named To NABC Honors Court

Academic honors were also presented to the Racers for team performance in the classroom
Murray State men's basketball and three student-athletes received recognition for their academic performances in the 2023-24 school year as part of the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Court as announced from the NABC's home office in Kansas City.
Quincy Anderson, Shawn Walker, Jr., and JaCobi Wood were all honored. Wood is returning for his senior season with the Racers in the coming 2024-25 season, while Anderson and Walker earned were graduate student-athletes at Murray State University.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize men's basketball programs that completed the 2023-24 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The NABC Honors Court, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2023-24 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
