Amundson Adds Warwick as Graduate Assistant

The former SIU standout will join the Murray State softball staff for the 2025 season.

Murray State softball head coach Kara Amundon announced the addition of graduate assistant Elizabeth Warwick to her staff.

The former SIU outfielder finished her college career in the spring of 2024 with a career batting average of .302 and a .426 on-base percentage. Across four seasons with the Salukis Warwick accounted for 174 hits, 52 doubles, and 148 RBI.

Warwick was named to the All-MVC Second Team once and the All-MVC First Team twice and was named MVP of the 2024 Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.

Prior to her time with SIU, the Chattanooga, Tenn. native prepped at Girls Preparatory Academy. She graduated from SIU in 2024 with a B.S. in finance.
